Everything You Need for Outbound Success
From AI-powered voice agents to enterprise compliance tools, NeoDialer provides a complete platform for modern outbound calling operations.
Bring Your Own Trunk
Connect a SIP trunk you already hold and keep the rates you negotiated. Trunks are provisioned into Asterisk through PJSIP realtime, so registration, IP-based identification and per-trunk configuration are all yours to control. Platform-provided trunks are available too if you would rather not run your own.
- Works with any standards-compliant SIP trunk — Telnyx, Twilio, Bandwidth, Vonage, SignalWire, Plivo and others
- Registration or IP authentication, both supported
- Multiple trunks per tenant, with per-campaign trunk selection
- Outbound caller ID set per campaign, independent of inbound routing
- Platform-level shared trunks for tenants who do not bring their own
Four Dialing Modes
Every campaign picks its own dialing mode, so a careful high-value list and a high-volume outreach list can run side by side under different pacing. Answering machine detection, voicemail drop and configurable ring timeouts apply across all of them.
- Preview — the agent sees the contact and decides when to dial
- Power — one call at a time, dialled automatically as the agent frees up
- Progressive — the system dials ahead as agents become available
- Predictive — pacing adjusts to keep agents connected rather than waiting
- Answering machine detection with automatic voicemail drop
- Ring timeout configured per deployment rather than left at the Asterisk default
AI Voice Agents
A streaming speech-to-text → language model → text-to-speech pipeline runs on the media server beside Asterisk, so audio never leaves the host to reach the AI runtime. Agents handle whole conversations: qualifying, answering, booking, and handing off to a person when they should.
- Barge-in — the caller can interrupt and the agent stops talking
- Silence detection and filler injection so pauses do not feel dead
- Voice activity detection on the media path (Silero VAD)
- Appointment booking, warm transfer and callback scheduling as in-conversation actions
- Swappable providers per tenant: OpenAI or Groq for language, Deepgram or Groq Whisper for speech, ElevenLabs or Cartesia for voice
- Self-hosted Piper voices where you would rather not use an external vendor
- Full transcript and per-call cost breakdown written back to the tenant
Inbound Routing
Inbound is a full feature set, not an afterthought. A number resolves to exactly one tenant — enforced by a database constraint, not convention — then flows through whatever routing you build: business hours, IVR menus, queues, ring groups and extensions, with an AI receptionist available for after-hours or overflow.
- IVR menus with nested options and DTMF navigation
- Call queues with wait handling, and ring groups with availability-aware distribution
- Extensions and internal dialling
- Routing profiles and business hours, so after-hours behaviour is explicit
- AI receptionists that answer, qualify, book and route
- Voicemail with transcription
- A routing log showing exactly which rule sent each call where
- Inbound reporting separate from outbound campaign reporting
Campaign Management
Create campaigns from scratch or from a prebuilt industry template, import contacts from CSV, set the calling window in the contact’s timezone, and let retry logic handle the rest. Broadcast campaigns and dedicated political campaign flows with their own compliance dashboard are both first-class.
- Thirteen prebuilt industry templates covering medical, dental, legal, real estate, automotive, financial, home services and more
- CSV import with validation before the list goes live
- Timezone-aware calling windows enforced per contact, not per campaign
- Configurable retry strategies and callback scheduling
- Broadcast campaigns for one-to-many outreach
- Political campaign mode with a dedicated compliance dashboard
- Test a campaign against a single number before releasing it
Browser Softphone
Agents work entirely in the browser over WebRTC, with SIP signalling proxied over port 443 so it survives restrictive corporate firewalls. Call state is persisted, so a page refresh mid-call does not drop the call.
- No downloads, plugins or desk phones
- Hold, mute, transfer, conference and DTMF
- Audio device selection
- Call state survives a page refresh
- Stereo recording — agent on the left channel, contact on the right, which makes speaker labels in transcripts deterministic
- Talk time measured from answer, never from ring, so an unanswered call reports no talk time
Post-Call Intelligence
Recorded calls are transcribed and analysed automatically where your plan includes it. Because recordings are stereo, the transcript separates the two speakers by channel rather than guessing, which makes downstream scoring meaningfully more reliable.
- Automatic transcription with per-speaker attribution
- AI call summaries and outcome classification
- Keyword alerts on phrases you define
- Compliance checks run over the transcript against your own templates
- QA scorecards, manual or automated, against templates you control
- Per-call cost breakdown across speech, language and voice usage
Supervision & Coaching
Supervisors get a live view of agent presence and active calls, can listen in silently on a call in progress, and work through QA scorecards and coaching against real recordings rather than recollection.
- Live agent monitor with presence driven by actual call state
- Silent listen-in on an active call
- QA scorecards built from your own templates
- Coaching workflows with periodic performance digests
- Agent leaderboard and per-agent performance pages
- Real-time coaching alerts triggered from call content
Analytics & Reporting
Live dashboards for the current shift, and historical reporting across campaigns, agents and inbound routing. Call history carries recordings, transcripts, outcomes and dispositions together, so a result can be traced back to the call that produced it.
- Live dashboard of active calls, agent status and queue depth
- Campaign performance and outcome breakdowns
- Agent performance reporting and leaderboards
- Inbound reporting with routing-level detail
- Full call history with recording, transcript and disposition on one record
- Exports for downstream reporting
API, Webhooks & Integrations
A REST API over the same endpoints the application uses, outbound webhooks signed with HMAC so you can verify they came from us, plus CRM field mapping and automation rules for the cases where you would rather configure than code.
- REST API authenticated with a bearer token
- Outbound webhooks for call completion, appointment booking, QA scoring, compliance checks and coaching alerts
- HMAC-SHA256 signatures on every webhook delivery, with delivery logs and retry
- CRM field mapping so contact data lands where you expect
- Automation rules triggered by call outcomes
- Calendar and sheet integrations for AI-booked appointments
Compliance Tools
The platform gives you the controls a compliant calling programme needs — DNC enforcement, calling windows, consent-aware recording, and audit trails. Configuring them correctly for your jurisdiction and programme remains your responsibility; no dialer can do that part for you.
- DNC list per tenant, enforced across every campaign
- Timezone-aware calling windows so local hours are respected
- Compliance templates checked against call transcripts
- Configurable recording, with retention capped per plan
- Audit log covering administrative actions and support access
- Dedicated compliance dashboard for political campaigns
Multi-Tenant & White-Label
Multi-tenancy is the foundation, not a bolt-on: every record is scoped to an organisation and resolved server-side. The platform admin console lets you create tenants, assign plans and entitlements, manage rate cards, and provision your own media servers.
- Full tenant isolation at the data layer
- Your own branding and custom domain
- Create and manage tenants, with per-tenant plans and feature entitlements
- Cost and revenue rate cards for reseller margin
- Provision your own media servers from the console
- Six role levels from agent to owner, with platform authority held separately
- Audited impersonation for supporting your own tenants
