Neo Dialer Documentation

How the platform actually works — setting up a trunk, running campaigns, routing inbound calls, deploying AI voice agents, and building on the API.

Before you start

Neo Dialer is a multi-tenant calling platform built around bring your own trunk: you connect a SIP trunk you already hold, keep the carrier relationship and the rates you negotiated, and pay for the dialer rather than for minutes.

What you need

  • A Neo Dialer tenant — created for you during onboarding
  • A SIP trunk from any carrier speaking standard SIP, or a platform-provided trunk if you would rather not run your own
  • Either SIP credentials, or the ability to add our media servers to your carrier's IP allowlist
  • At least one number you are authorised to present as caller ID

The shortest path to a call

  1. Connect your trunk — Admin → Telephony → SIP Trunks. Provisioned into Asterisk on save, no separate deploy
  2. Add your number — Admin → Telephony → Phone Numbers
  3. Add your users — Admin → Administration → Users, with the narrowest role that lets them work
  4. Create a campaign — from scratch or from one of thirteen industry templates, with a CSV of contacts
  5. Test it against one number before pointing it at the list
  6. Dial — agents work in the browser, nothing to install
