Getting Started
NeoDialer is an AI-powered VoIP dialer platform that lets you bring your own SIP trunk while leveraging advanced features like predictive dialing, AI voice agents, and real-time analytics.
Prerequisites
- A NeoDialer account (start with the free trial)
- A SIP trunk from any provider (Telnyx, Twilio, Bandwidth, etc.)
- Your SIP credentials (username, password, domain)
Quick Setup Steps
- Create your account — Sign up for a free trial at dialer.neomd.health
- Connect your SIP trunk — Enter your SIP credentials in Settings → Integrations
- Import contacts — Upload a CSV or add contacts manually
- Create a campaign — Set up your first outbound campaign
- Start dialing — Launch the campaign and start making calls
