Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with NeoDialer in under 5 minutes.

Welcome to NeoDialer

This guide will help you set up NeoDialer and make your first outbound call in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

If you haven't already, sign up for a free trial at dialer.neomd.health. No credit card required.

Step 2: Connect Your SIP Trunk

Navigate to Settings → Integrations and enter your SIP trunk credentials:

SIP Domain: sip.your-provider.com

Username: your-username

Password: your-password

Click Test Connection to verify your settings.

Step 3: Import Contacts

Go to Contacts and either:

  • Upload a CSV file with phone numbers
  • Manually add contacts one by one
  • Make sure your CSV includes these columns:

  • phone (required)
  • first_name (optional)
  • last_name (optional)
  • email (optional)
  • Step 4: Create a Campaign

    Navigate to Campaigns → New Campaign and configure:

  • **Basic Settings**: Name, description, caller ID
  • 2. Contacts: Select contacts or contact list

    3. Dialing Mode: Preview, Power, or Predictive

    4. Schedule: Set calling hours and timezone

    Step 5: Start Dialing!

    Click Start Campaign to begin making calls. Your agents will receive calls through the WebRTC softphone built into the platform.
