Build the calls, not the slides

Neo Dialer is a working telephony platform — real SIP trunks, real media servers, real conversations happening in real time. The problems are the interesting kind: latency you can hear, state that must survive a page refresh mid-call, and tenants that must never see each other.

What you'd work on

These are the four areas the platform is built from. Deep experience in any one of them is worth a conversation.

Telephony

Asterisk 20 with PJSIP realtime and ARI call control, SIP trunking, RTP media handling, WebRTC softphone in the browser.

Voice AI

A streaming speech-to-text → language model → text-to-speech pipeline running beside Asterisk, with barge-in, silence detection and voice activity detection.

Application

Node.js and Express on the back end, React with Vite and Tailwind on the front, Socket.io for live call state, PostgreSQL via Supabase.

Infrastructure

Docker Compose across app and media tiers, provisioned media servers, HMAC-signed service channels, per-tenant isolation everywhere.

Open roles

We don't keep a permanent job board, and we'd rather show nothing than list roles that aren't open. Hiring happens in bursts against whatever the platform needs next.

If you've worked on carrier-grade voice, real-time audio, or multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure and this sounds like your kind of problem, write to us anyway. Tell us what you've built and link to something we can look at — that gets read properly, whether or not a role is posted.

Ready to Transform Your Outbound Calling?

Tell us what you're calling and which SIP provider you use, and we'll set up a trial tenant you can place real calls from.
